Nannies in the City is Washington DC's boutique nanny placement agency, serving families across DC, Maryland, and Virginia since 2020. ​

We work exclusively with full-time and hybrid placements, nannies, family assistants, and household managers for families who take their childcare seriously. Our roster is not a database. Every caregiver in our network has been personally vetted, interviewed, and approved before we ever present them to a family.
